HCL Technologies Ltd is conducting Walkin drive for FRESHERS for Graphic Designer profile on 23rd October to 25th October 2016.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare, monitor and manage work schedules Enter orders in a publication system and answer queries from Sales and other support functions.
Create issue layouts [folio plan] and instructions for printers.
Process and approve ads and pages through virtual proofing Coordinate with stake holders – Sales, Advertisers, Editors, Publishers and Third Party Vendors for printing and shipping of issues.
Prepare monthly MIS and issue wise performance reports for the client and management.
Support Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Perform order entry for fulfillment of various publications, digital products and events.
Work with audience data systems and lists for publications, digital products and events, managing fulfillment to various segments including opt-in, prospect lists Analyze and prepare segmented list of records based on business rules and data requirements.
Coordinate with external service providers for data, fax and email services.
Technical Skills (Industry- or Product-specific):-
Good Knowledge in Adobe Flash Studio, Dreamweaver, Edge Animate
Understanding HTML5 coding
Ability to understand responsive layout designs and scripts Knowledge with Adobe Creative Suite 4 Web Premium Good creative and visualizing skill-set.
Knowledge with Adobe In design, Photoshop and Illustrator.
Using Microsoft Office suite for data analysis and reports Relational query building based on business rules
