HPCL is likely to unfold the cut off list for various posts of graduate engineers in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation and Electronics & Telecommunications. The cut off list will be calculated on the basis of the marks obtained by the candidates in Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2016 only.
Successful candidates are then required to appear for the group discussion and personal interviews. On the basis of their marks obtained in Gate 2016 and interviews in the ratio of 85% and 15% respectively, a merit list will be published for the final selection. Allotment of the candidates will be made in any of the branches of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited.
Tentative date
The HPCL cut off list is expected to be declared officially in the month of March or April, 2016.
