Punjab Police (District Cadre) is ready to introduce the admit cards of the female applicants for 110 posts of Sub Inspectors for the academic year 2016-2016. 

Selection Process: 

1. Minimum height: 5 feet & 3 inches 

2. Long jump: 3 meter minimum (3 trials) 

3. High Jump: .95 meter min (3 trials) 

4. 800 meter run in 4 min and 30 seconds (only 1 trial), For ex-servicemen: 8 min (only 1 trial) 

5. Written test
