WBSSC Lower Division Clerk/Assistant Group-C recruitment 2016 for recruitment of 3050 posts in various departments has been started and will be running continuously till 13-09-2016. Full details of all the departments will be given as Agriculture (425-posts), Animal Resources Development (50), Backward classes Welfare (50), Development & Planning (50), School Education (200), Excise (50), Finance (100), Fire & Emergency (75), Food & Supply (300), Health & Family Welfare (400), Home (Civil Defence, Jail personnel-100), Land & Land Reforms (900), Panchayat & Rural Development (100), Public works (100), Women & Child Development & Social Welfare (100), Forest (50). Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of an open Competitive Examination and will be appointed in Regional & District offices of Government of West Bengal. Educational Qualification Candidates interested in to apply, must have passed Madhyamic Examination of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent. Candidates must be able to type minimum of 35 words per minute in English and 25 words per minute in Bengali for a period of 6 months.
Examination & Processing fee: Candidates have to deposit a sum of Rs. 200 only as their application fee along with processing fee of Rs. 20. While the candidates of SC, ST and PWD of 40% and above have to deposit Processing fee only worth of Rs. 20.
How to submit application fee: Candidates can submit their application fee online or offline both the methods. In online mode, candidates have to visit official website of WBSSC here www.wbssc.gov.in and submit their application form by uploading their photo and signature. Candidates can also submit their application form with the help of Tathya Mitra Kendras with the extra payment of Rs. 20.
