ICICI Bank Probationary Officer Recruitment 2016

ICICI Bank recruitment for the academic year 2016-2016 has been spoken out by the officials via official website. Like previous year, ICICI Manipal Academy is liable to conduct the recruitment process for shortlisting the candidates.

About program

This program allows students to get M.B.A. degree while working with the Bank. Selected candidates will be given 18 months training of Banking and Finance. However, there is an option for the applicants to choose one the following degree course:-

         §         PGDB

To get Post Graduate Diploma in Banking, students are required to attend the training of 12 months. This diploma will enable the students to be appointed as Assistant Manager in ICICI bank for a package of more than 4 lacks per annum. In this phase, after completing the 7 months classroom training, an internship of 5 months is being provided.

         §         M.B.A.

The candidates, who will complete the training of 18 month, will be awarded by the degree of M.B.A.

Program Fee

A total of Rs. 3.35 lacks will be charged by the applicants for training. This amount can be taken as loan by the ICICI Bank at subsidized interest rate of 2.5% per annum. Stipend will be given to the candidates during the training period. EMI or interest will be required to pay back after joining as PO and drawn the first salary.

Selection procedure

The following four steps are taken by the Manipal Academy to shortlist the applicants:-

1.       Aptitude test – Including Logical reasoning, Verbal comprehension, Numerical and Basic checking abilities of the candidates.

2.      Group Discussion – Including the topics of current affairs, public issues and how the candidates will implement their solutions on them. It also checks the communication skills of individuals.

3.      Psychometric profiling – This test does not mean to disqualify for any individual. It is formed to check the behavior of the candidates in working environment.

4.      Personal interview – Final evaluation of the candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in personal interview.
